Meet Nomvuyo Bengane – “The Oil Lady”
An internationally accredited business coach, visionary entrepreneur, mentor, educator, speaker and author of Unleash Prosperity in Africa.
Known as the Oil Lady, Nomvuyo draws from her own struggles and frustrations in discovering and living her purpose. This experience inspired her to found her company, where she designs and leads transformative programs that empower entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs to awaken their inner greatness, uncover their purpose, and cultivate the mindset and skills needed to live joyfully while building impactful organizations that create generational prosperity for themselves, their families, and their communities.
She plays a pivotal role in advancing the African entrepreneurial ecosystem by also equipping Entrepreneurial Support Organizations (ESOs) and Entrepreneurs Supporting Entrepreneurs (ESEs) with the tools and expertise to empower township entrepreneurs and drive economic transformation across the continent.
Nomvuyo is the Founder and Executive Director of BizOil Institute (Pty) Ltd, BizOil Foundation NPC, Purpose Masters community and serves as an Executive Director at the Entrepreneurial Planning Institute.
